Supply Chain Innovation and Excellence

Transport and logistics isn't just about getting goods from A to B; it underpins and accelerates our economic growth. However, as a large producer of CO₂ emissions, there is a huge opportunity to make the sector much more environmentally sustainable and economically productive.

Supply Chain Innovation and Excellence (SCIE) is a partnership of public, private and academic organisations looking at ways for supply chains to be smarter, cleaner and more productive.

Focussing on the South East of England as its initial geographic area, SCIE aims to help companies work collaboratively and think holistically about their supply chains to maximise productivity through innovation and sharing of best practice.

SCIE will achieve its vision by setting up:

• Innovation networks

• Innovation projects

• Innovation support
